Christenings and Karma

My nephews Christening was wonderful.. He looked like a little white angel  My boys were actually well behaved in church…(yes pigs are flying and hell is freezing over..)…   The priest came to my house and no one cussed… (an f’n miracle).  And the food was delicious!!!!!  (thanks MeMa)

But the best part of the day was sponsored by Karma

At church I was sooo happy to see one of my high school friends Kristin…I haven’t seen her in almost 20 years.a long time.. She was also baptizing her daughter at the ceremony…  (She has 3 boys and just had her girl  on the fourth try sooo she knows I have “pink envy..”..lol  ) I always loved Kristin’s personality and spirit.. she never changes..

Anyway I digress.. Kristin and I mentioned to each other we saw a kid we went to school with..

He was sitting in the front of church… He was a year ahead of us… He looked right at me and pretended he didn’t know me…  Now,  he was Mr. Popularity.. Mr. Cool and had an ego the size of Montana..   He thought his shit didn’t stink……..

Oh  I couldn’t help  and notice that he got FAT and Bald and that his wife looked.. um…  haggard  OLD…..(yes… I went there about his wife.. and bought real-estate…)

Oh I love it when Karma makes all in this world right…

PS. countdown to my Disney vacay has begun… I’m leaving Friday!!!!  WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!

I have noticed that the snottiest people from high school do sometimes get a little payback down the road. Not saying I'm enjoying it...but I ain't hatin' it. ;)

Glad the christening went well!

I love when my kids act right in public. LOL That's probably one reason he didn't speak. That ego will make us so big we can't fit through the door. haha

Given your blog title, would be funny if you lived in Normal, IL :)

I love when that happens. One of the snobby girls in my graduating class got arrested a few years ago...for drugs.

Isn't it crazy how seeing the popular kids turn into nothing really special, just regular people is extremely gratifying? Hotness only last so long. I loved when I learned my HS boyfriend was on his third marriage, and I am still married to guy number one.
